Her Only Sin is Being a Girl

In Afghanistan, girls cannot go to university, simply because they are female. In collaboration with Right to Learn Afghanistan (formerly Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan), CFUW-Ottawa and University Women Helping Afghan Women (UWHAW) are helping these girls by providing access to online education where they can continue their studies. Your donation will provide laptops and internet access to female students in Afghanistan. We can help them find a better future.

How to Donate

If you would like to donate, there are three options to do so. Many thanks for your kindness and generosity.

i.Online at a secure site (using a credit card or Paypal): https://give-can.keela.co/uwhaw. A charitable tax receipt will be emailed immediately.

ii. By e-transfer to the email address: accounting@righttolearn.ca.  (Please include a note in the e-transfer specifying that the donation is for the “UWHAW RCA campaign”, and include your postal mailing address so that a charitable tax receipt can be mailed).

iii.By cheque made out to “Right to Learn Afghanistan”, PO Box 15007, Aspen Woods, Calgary, AB T3H 0N8. (Please specify that the donation is for the “UWHAW RCA campaign”, and include your postal mailing address so that a charitable tax receipt can be mailed).
